Cheryl had been a homemaker for many years, raising two active boys and running a busy household. Her boys were now young men and out on their own. Cheryl and her husband were empty-nesters and wanted their home to reflect this new season of life.

While Cheryl knew she wanted to make changes to fit their lifestyle, she needed the structure, emotional support and accountability to move forward. She needed to tell her stories before she truly felt released to let go and move on.

Together, we went through the coaching process and created a plan for personal lifestyle improvement and self-empowerment. We did some of the hands-on work together and some of it was done on her own. Helped me to become more assertive.
